Project ZION Podcast
Featuring a variety of guests and panelists, Project Zion Podcast explores the unique spiritual and theological gifts the Restoration tradition offers today’s world. Project Zion publishes full-length episodes every Tuesday, with occasional “extra shots” of shorter, high impact content in between.

Project ZION Podcast is sponsored by the Latter-day Seeker Ministries team of Community of Christ.  Latter-day Seeker Ministries supports those with a Mormon background who look to Community of Christ for sanctuary and potentially as a spiritual home. Our closed Facebook group offers a safe space for seekers to ask questions and connect.

Community of Christ proclaims Jesus Christ and promotes communities of joy, hope, love, and peace. We offer a community where you can belong, be valued and loved, deepen your spirituality, and discover a purpose that can change lives and communities. We are the welcoming, loving faith community that values the worth of every person as a child of God. We provide a safe space for you to explore and deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ and each other. Come discover renewed purpose for your life through compassionate, Christ-like service that ends suffering and fosters justice and peace.  Please contact us with questions, comments, or episode suggestions!

Blog with Seventy Craig Hidy
Seventy Craig Hidy invites you to come along as we explore our spiritual lives and where they are taking us. Please join the discussion on his #70CraigBlog.  The link will take you to the Emporia CofChrist website where the blog is located.

What is a Seventy?
The Seventy carry out missionary work for the church in close association with other missionary leaders. They represent Christ primarily as ministers of evangelism through witnessing, inviting, and church planting. They especially proclaim and promote Jesus Christ’s invitation to faithful discipleship through vibrant witness, and train individuals and congregations in witness and invitation. They particularly minister with seekers, individually and in groups, to share the gospel in relevant ways and to invite response. They support sacramental ministries by preparing people for baptism and/or confirmation, presiding at sacramental services, and performing most sacraments. They promote community by inviting individuals, households, and families to respond to Christ’s call to discipleship.  They promote justice and peacemaking by inviting people to experience all aspects of Christ’s peace through active discipleship.  They create ministry partnerships with mission center officers, apostles, elders, and evangelists.

Online Temple School Classes
All classes are taken directly from Community of Christ material. Classes indicated as “Temple School” include Temple School credit.  We have a special relationship with Community of Christ to provide the entire content of the Ministry and Priesthood classes in this online format. You do not need a book for this class – everything is self-contained in this elearning format.  But once the class is over, you may want to have a book to refer to.  You may choose to purchase the book or PDF by visiting the Herald House website. Most classes last 6 or 8 weeks – covering about 1-1.5 hours of reading/writing per week. Once you complete the class, Developmetrics will email you a Temple School certificate and enter your class completion information into Community of Christ Membership records within a week!

Latter-day Seekers
An introduction to Community of Christ for those with an LDS background. While we seek dialogue with all members of the Restoration, Community of Christ does not proselytize active Latter-day Saints.  In fact, we do not proselytize anyone in an effort to change their faith. We do, however, invite all who are seeking to come and see what God can do in their lives in Community of Christ. If you are a transitioning or former Latter-day Saint, we invite you to consider the Restoration anew.  Before you leave the Restoration, or faith altogether, please consider our offer of sanctuary.  We invite you to experience the peace and meaning that Community of Christ can bring to your life.

Topeka Community of Christ
Facility Use Application and Facility Use Policy

It is the intent of Topeka Community of Christ to be good stewards of the gifts God has given us.  That is, to share the grounds
and the building belonging to the Church in a responsible manner.  We have, therefore, designed these policies and procedures
to provide guidance to ensure consistency and fairness in determining who shall be allowed use of the facilities, when and for
what purposes.  The
Topeka Community of Christ Building Use Policy (topeka_cofc_building_use_policy.pdf), must be reviewed before an
individual or group may use the facilities.  If you have questions not covered in this Building Use Policy, please contact the Pastor or Facility Use/Scheduling Coordinator.

The policy of Topeka Community of Christ is to use its facilities in a manner that provides for worship, Christian education and
other needs of its ministry teams and members; and in other ways, to use its facilities to the maximum in a manner that witnesses to the beliefs of the Community of Christ.  The premises will not be used for any activities or purposes which are not in keeping
with the principles of the church or interest of the community.
